Tasting Notes

The Grounded Cru style of sparkling blends bright and fresh young parcels harmoniously with the elegant nuances provided by select components from previous vintages. Our NV Adelaide Hills Sparkling offers a perfumed nose of citrus and strawberries with a hint of toasty complexity. The palate displays up front flavours of lemon and lime, mingling amongst red berries and honey. Time on yeast lees post ferment has resulted in a beautifully creamy palate with tremendous length of flavour. This is a beautifully balanced sparkling offering brightness, flavour and complexity.
Our NV Sparkling is meant to be fun but serious enough to be popular at any celebration. Always a hit when we let our hair down at our end of vintage parties!
