Grounded Cru is firmly committed and adheres to the policy for Responsible Service of Alcohol, as stated under the Liquor Licensing Act.
Please follow all COVID directions as prescribed or communicated directly by Grounded Cru staff whilst at events and adhere to host sites rules and restrictions relating to COVID.
WINE CLUB AND DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligible Wine Club members must be 18 years or older and reside in Australia.
By agreeing to join the Wine Club, you are making a commitment to purchase a minimum of one dozen bottles of Grounded Cru wines per year.
You will be contacted via email when allocations are due so we can assist you in confirming your allocation. This will be on the anniversary of commitment for personally selected wine packs and at the beginning of either March, June, September or December (depending on timing of initial commitment and frequency of order).
In the event that contact is made and no order has been placed, Grounded Cru reserves the right to send you the exact or as close as possible to your previous order (at the discretion of Grounded Cru).
Your nominated credit card will be charged with the appropriate sum, and you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase as well as a notification that your wines have been dispatched.
No credit card details are kept by Grounded Cru. All details are entered into the secure payment gateway Stripe.
Grounded Cru endeavours to personally deliver wines when possible but uses a preferred courier or Australia Post as their other methods of delivery. Parcels will not be left unattended unless authorisation is given, otherwise a card will be left in your mailbox with redelivery/collection instruction. Grounded Cru accepts no responsibility for any theft or damage to your shipment in the event it is left unattended.
Grounded Cru has made a concerted effort to give you the customer every opportunity to give a clear and concise delivery instruction. We will give our best effort to ensure product is delivered in proper condition but takes no responsibility for lost items once delivered if authority to leave instruction is prescribed.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so any time after the purchase of your second order. This can be done by emailing our friendly staff at email@example.com
By joining the Grounded Cru Wine Club you are agreeing to receive communication from Grounded Cru by email or telephone. Under no circumstances will Grounded Cru share your personal information or contact details.
Grounded Cru reserves the right to change pricing and vary these terms and conditions; any changes will be updated on the Grounded Cru website and emailed to the email address provided.
