Favourite wine region: Burgundy, it has an amazing history, culture, environment and produces outstanding Pinot.
Favourite grape variety: Grenache, because it's so versatile and has broad appeal. It can produce a delicate, dry Rosé right through to full-bodied reds.
Favourite food: Italian, Ambrosini in Norwood is my go-to restaurant.
Worst colleague to room with: That's easy, Joffa!
